Earth Volumetric Studio Enterprise License Program
C Tech’s Earth Volumetric Studio Enterprise License Program offers an organizational unlimited license of our flagship software package at an incredible price. Ideal for organizations with multiple users at any number of locations worldwide. The program includes many benefits such as an unlimited Earth Volumetric Studio license, free training, and more.
For this program, organizations are rated based on the total number of full-time equivalent employees. C Tech will allow licensing of subsidiary companies, provided they are independent profit centers which file separate tax returns, or entire parent corporations and all of their wholly owned subsidiaries.
The number of included servers (each of which supports an unlimited number of users) varies with organization size; however, any number of additional servers may be purchased for $250 per year.

Earth Volumetric Studio - Individual Licenses
Individual licenses are ideal for single users or small teams that don’t require the unlimited user access of the Enterprise License Program. Earth Volumetric Studio is a standalone Windows application that unites advanced volumetric gridding, geostatistical analysis, and 4D visualization into a single platform built for all Earth Science disciplines.
Studio analyzes all types of analytical and geophysical data in any environment: soil, groundwater, surface water, air, resistivity, and more. It includes C Tech’s DrillGuide© technology for quantitative site assessment and optimal sample location planning, and can publish interactive 3D models as web scenes viewable on any device and browser, or as self-running EVS Presentations.

Fixed License
A fixed license is locked to a single workstation. Ideal for individual users with a dedicated machine.

Floating License
A floating license adds network-based license management over local and wide area TCP/IP networks, allowing any user on the network to check out a license as needed. The software runs locally to maintain performance and keep network traffic to a minimum. Floating licenses also include the ability to create EVS Presentations.

C Tech's 3D PDF Converter
C Tech’s 3D PDF Converter is available as an annual subscription-based product offered as a CPU Locked license, or as an Unlimited License Add-On to our Enterprise License customers. The converter processes .evspdf files created by Earth Volumetric Studio.
The pricing for an individual CPU Locked annual subscription license is $1,000 per year.
The license is issued in one-year increments and will expire if not paid. The subscription price includes full maintenance which includes software updates and technical support. Examples of 3D PDF Files created with this tool are here.
University Initiative
C Tech’s University Initiative is designed to make our software affordable to organizations whose primary function is the education and graduation of students. Learn more about our Universities & Education program →
C Tech Enterprise University Program
Site License — Unlimited number of simultaneous Earth Volumetric Studio users within a single campus. Includes 1 server/key.
Training Access — Unlimited access to all Premium training videos.
Maintenance — Unlimited software updates and technical support. Support covers “how-to” questions via e-mail or telephone at C Tech’s discretion.
Pricing — First year subscription: $3,000. Annual renewal: $2,500 per year.
Qualifications
This program is intended for organizations whose primary function is the education and graduation of students. The following are not eligible:
- Governmental agencies managed or operated by universities whose primary function is other than education (e.g., U.S. Dept. of Energy laboratories run by universities)
- Government or commercially funded research organizations
- Non-profit educational organizations whose primary function is not the education and graduation of students
How to Apply
To place a University Initiative order, the following are required:
- A signed copy of C Tech’s University Certification, scanned and emailed to sales@ctech.com
- A confirming email from the individual signing the certification, sent from an official university email account (e.g., john.doe@univ.edu)
How to Order
C Tech’s Earth Science software may be ordered directly. To place an order, forward your purchase order by fax or email, accompanied by a signed copy of the C Tech Software License.
Domestic Orders — Net 10 day terms for purchases. Leases and rentals require advance payment via ACH or wire transfer. Credit card payments include a 5% surcharge. Shipping: $40 FedEx domestic overnight.
International Orders — Payment in advance required; bank transfer preferred. Shipping: $100 via FedEx (2–5 business days). Email or fax wire transfer documents and we will ship immediately.
Software Delivery — Software ships with a limited-life hardware dongle, which is made permanent via email once shipment is confirmed and payment received.
