C Tech will be holding a first of its kind training class for experienced MVS users. This class is highly recommend for advanced users who have previously attended a C Tech 5-day training class. This class will not be appropriate for a user with less than 6 months equivalent full time experience with EVS or MVS.
The class will be held in Bellingham, WA on May 7-10, 2013 (Tues-Fri). The primary purpose of this class is to introduce our most experienced users to the significant changes coming with EVS and MVS Version 10 which will release this year.
We will spend the first two days discussing issues relating to Version 10 and advanced topics such as:
- Taking advantage of the new interface and design of Version 10
- Migrating applications from previous versions
- New math and string formatting libraries and syntax
- Scripting support, including advanced 4DIM creation via scripting
- Advanced model optimization
The agenda of the second two days will be completely dictated and directed by attendee suggestions. All confirmed attendees are invited to submit topics which they would like to discuss at least 2 weeks in advance of the class. We will then allow attendees to “vote” prior to the class, and base the content around the most popular and interesting topics submitted. The goal here is to focus on “real world” problems and user needs.
C Tech reserves the right to to confirm the qualifications and approve all attendees. For this class, advanced approval is required if the student attendee is changed. The restricted attendance is to ensure that the class can be held at a very high level.
Please Note: Attendees will be required to bring a laptop with adequate permissions to install the Version 10 Beta release of MVS. Full MVS licenses will be provided by C Tech for use during the training.
